How to order Memory Products and Photos
You have two options:
Order it yourself. Use our easy checkout system to order any high quality photos and memory products for yourself.
Receive it as a gift. Once you create your Pregnancy Photo Session, you will have an option to share it with your friends. Your friends will receive a link to your website where they can view your Pregnancy Session and order any gifts they’d like to get for you.
Create as a new member First, select one of the designs and click on that design. Then create a new account by filling out all the required fields. When you click on Create Account, it will take you to Upload your Photo page.
Create as an existing member First, select one of the designs and click on that design. Then log in to your existing account. This will take you to Upload your Photo page.
How to Upload New Photo Click on Browse to choose the photo you would like to upload. We suggest selecting the photos of yourself where you look straight at the camera.
File Formats You can upload PNG or JPG files only.
File Size 3 Mb is the size limit. Please note that it might take up to a minute for a photo to upload depending on the size of your photo. The larger the size of the photo, the longer it will take to upload.
How to Use an Existing Photo (2 options)
Option One On a Pregnancy Session Photo catalog page, after you select one of the designs, pop up box will appear with your existing photos. Simply select the photo you’d like to use for that design.
Option Two When you would like to change the photo you already selected in an actual program, you can just click Change your Photo link which will let you change your picture.
How to Adjust Your Photo. Once you upload your photo, you can adjust it to best match your design. When you finish adjusting your photo, please click Done.
Scale Photo You can make your photo larger or smaller by moving the scale bar.
Dragging Photo You can hold and drag your photo to the design’s face position.
Rotate Photo You can rotate your photo at any angle by moving the rotate bar.
Mirror Photo You can mirror your photo by checking the Mirror my Photo box.
Brightness & Contrast You can adjust the brightness and contrast to best match the selected design by moving the brightness and contrast bar.
How to Save my new Project When you are done adjusting your photo, you should save your project by typing the project name and clicking Save button on the right. You can also make any changes at this point by clicking the Edit button on the left.
Help with My Account
How to create a new account When you click on any design, it will ask you to create a new account. Please fill out all the fields and click Create Account. Please make sure you remember your username and password. Your username will be same as your email address.
How to Login to my account If you are an existing member and already created an account in the past, all you have to do is sign in to your existing session by entering your username and password.
How to remind me of my password If you forgot your password, click on Don’t know your password link in Log in to my Session box and your password reminder will be sent to your email address.
How to change My Account Settings
Change your Pregnancy Due Date When you log in to your account, click on My Account Setting where you can change your due date under Session Setup and click Save Changes when you are done.
Can I change my email address? You cannot change your email address. Once your account is created, your email address cannot be changed so please make sure you enter it correctly.
How to manage my Projects
Delete my Project Under My Account, locate the project you would like to delete, and click on Delete link located next to that project.
How to share my Pregnancy Session Click on Share link under My Account page. You can enter one or more emails of people who you’d like to share your photos with. You can change the subject and prefilled message that will be sent to your selected recipients.
How to Customize my Website Once you log in to your account, go to My Account, and click on Customize in My Website category. Here you can change your website title, select your color theme by choosing your background color, text color, title color and link color. You can preview your color theme on the right. You can also change your due date, and select whether or not you would like to display your pregnancy calendar. You can edit your message under my Welcome text and Thank you text which will display to your friends that log in to your website.
How to manage My Gifts Section You can find My Gifts section under My Account. If you received a High Quality Photo gift that you can download, please click on Download link to get your gift. If the gift you received is a Memory Product that will come in a mail, you can check the status of your gift by clicking on the status.
How to order the high quality prints and memory products Please click on Make a Gift link where you will see two options: To Download High Quality Digital Photos, click on that link and select the pictures you’d like to download. To buy Memory Photo Products, first select the picture for your product, and then select the product(s) you’d like to order with that picture.

How to Download High Quality Photos
Order Myself Click on Make a Gift link where you can select Download High Quality Digital Photos option. You can select as many pictures to download as you’d like. After you choose the pictures you’d like to download, click Next and your items will be added to your shopping cart. From here, you can either Go to your Shopping cart or Add More Products.
Receive as a gift Please click on My Gifts section in My Account. If you received a High Quality Photo gift that you can download, please click on Download link to get your gift.
How to Order Memory Products
Order myself Click on Make a Gift link where you can choose Memory Photo Products option. To order Memory Photo Products, first select the picture for your product, and then select the product(s) you’d like to order with that picture. After you choose your product, click Next and your items will be added to your shopping cart. From here, you can either Go to your Shopping cart or Add More Products.
Receive it as a gift Please click on My Gifts section in My Account. If the gift you received is a Memory Product that will come in a mail, you can check the status of your gift by clicking on the status.
